The last couple of days have been sunny but have started out quite foggy which has limited my attempts to catch up with any waterfowl on my stops at Winsor Dam before work. I have also stopped on my way home but have found nothing beyond a few Mallards and a Common Loon. On both Wednesday and Thursday the water was like glass in the evening which made for some spectacular views. Thursday evening was also calm and clear but void of waterfowl. Although there has been little in the way of waterfowl so far this week the weather over the next few days could force some birds down as we get some heavy rains.
